Shipping, Exchanges & Returns

Thank you for shopping at Modern Oasis!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@modernoasis.us with the subject line "Refund/Exchange", along with pictures and an explanation, and we will send you the return instructions.

Shipping

  • Please send an email to info@modernoasis.us and we will send you the instructions, return label and address to send it to.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for products that are not damaged. If you receive a refund for non-damaged products, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
